Welcome to KrushKill Records. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from KrushKillRecords.com. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1) ABOUT US

KrushKill Records is an independent music label offering physical music releases, limited edition CDs, and official artist merchandise. Product availability and pricing may change without notice.

2) ORDERS & PAYMENT

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order at our discretion (including suspected fraud or pricing errors).
  • Prices may exclude taxes and shipping until checkout.
  • Payment must be received before an order ships.

3) SHIPPING

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
  • Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
  • Once marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

4) RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because many items are limited releases, returns are handled case-by-case. Please read carefully.

  • Damaged/Defective items: Report within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • Wrong item received: Report within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it.
  • Apparel sizing: Exchanges may be available if inventory allows. Customer may be responsible for return shipping.
  • Final sale items: Limited edition items, signed items, special drops, and clearance items may be final sale unless defective.
  • Refunds: If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method (timing depends on your bank/payment provider).

5) PRE-ORDERS & LIMITED EDITION RELEASES

  • Pre-orders ship on or near the stated release date when possible.
  • Release dates may change due to manufacturing or supply chain delays.
  • Limited releases may sell out without notice and may not be restocked.
  • If an order contains multiple items, we may ship together or separately at our discretion.

6) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All site content (including text, graphics, logos, images, album artwork, and designs) is owned by or licensed to KrushKill Records and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

7) USER CONDUCT

  • You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site security or performance.
  • You agree not to post unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content.
  • We may suspend or block access for violations.

8) DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, KrushKill Records disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
  • Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10) GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where KrushKill Records operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for any dispute.
